December 26-30, 2019

At Canyon of the Eagles near Burnet, Texas, with Katie Raver and assistants.

Whether you’re interested in the anti-anxiety benefits of peripheral vision or you want to be able to walk in the dark without artificial light, you may be interested in this unique opportunity.

Located within 2 hours of Austin, Texas, the Canyon of the Eagles resort offers 2 restaurants onsite with plenty of dark-sky friendly trails winding around the nearly 1000-acres. I’m excited to share this special place with you!

Our schedule for this training:
Day 1: meet for an evening meal and get to know other participants and facilitators.
Days 2-3-4: meet for an afternoon classroom session and an evening NightWalk each day.
Day 5: meet for brunch and a final session to complete the training.

During afternoon sessions, enjoy the comfort of the lake-side Old Park Store meeting room, as Katie guides you through experiences that will expand your ability to see, hear, and feel, and to use that increased sensory acuity to shift your attention to explore new reactions, responses, resources, and states of being.

In the evening sessions, the class meets on the hiking trails of Canyon of the Eagles. Because of their emphasis on dark-sky-friendly lighting, this is an extremely good NightWalking location. Bring your natural curiosity along with your broken-in hiking shoes as we leave civilization and enter the natural world at night.

Some learnings from this class can be applied and used right away in your own relationships, career, and personal development.  Other learnings may take time to develop or arise in their own time, in the weeks following the class.
