NightWalking is a laid back class. All times are approximate and we may change schedule as needed based on weather and other factors. We will post the schedule each night for the following day.

Wednesday, July 31, 2019

6pm – Meet at WinterCorn Place

6-7pm – Arrive, meet trainers and other participants, dinner included.

Menu: Build your own Quinoa Bowls with ingredients like: quonoa, black beans, garbanzo beans, seasoned chicken breast strips, braised beef strips, fresh chopped greens, sliced radishes, roasted sweet potatoes, pepitas, sweet & spicy asian sauce, creamy avocado with jalapeno sauce. Catered by Ric Tinney catering.

7:30-8pm – Begin a short series of NightViewing exercises at WinterCorn Place. We will end well after sunset.

Thursday, August 1

Afternoon Session – WinterCorn Place: 2-3 hours of classroom and exercises.

Dinner Break – on your own

NightWalking Session: most likely we’ll set a meeting place to meet around sunset. Locations are usually 30-40 minutes from downtown Taos, often closer. NightWalking Sessions are short or long, depending on participants, weather, trails, and more. When you use your peripheral vision, self care comes naturally, so it comes easily to pace yourself.

Sunday, August 4

Noon – Meet for final class session at WinterCorn Place.

Close Class and begin late lunch 1:30-2pm. Lunch included.

Menu: Chile Relleno Egg Casserole, Pan Anise con Naranja French Toast, Flat New Mexican Style Enchiladas with Cheese and Egg on top, Shredded Lettuce with Tomatoes, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Borracho Beans, Fresh Fruit. Catered by Ric Tinney Catering.

3-4pm – everything complete.
